I’ve been rediscovering just how good corn can be and if you’re looking to upgrade your corn on the cob you’re in the right place.
Who doesn’t love sweet, juicy, golden corn straight from the pot, lathered in butter and eaten while it’s still hot? It’s simple, nostalgic, and always satisfying.
But if you want to take that plain corn on the cob from basic to seriously good, here are some easy, flavour-packed ways to jazz it up—no dairy needed.

GARLIC HERB VEGAN BUTTER
Brush hot corn with melted plant based butter and minced garlic
Add finely shredded parsley, chives or dill
Finish with a sprinkle of salt and a squeeze of lemon
MEXICAN FLARE, CREAMY, TANGY AND SPICY
Brush corn with mayo and sour cream
Sprinkle with chili powder, smoked paprika
Add lime juice and finely chopped corriander
Sprinkle with vegan feta or nutritional yeast
SWEET CHILI GLAZE
Combine maple syrup, chili flakes and lime juice
Brush over hot corn
PESTO CORN
Dairy free pesto
Brush lightly over corn, add extra olive oil

SPICY LIME CORN
Brush with olive oil or vegan butter
Mix Sriracha, lime juice and a pinch of salt
