If you do not own a juicer it can be made in a blender and then strained through a cloth.

RECIPE
400-500g purple cabbage
small bunch of dark purple grapes
Juice of 1 large Tahitian lime
a thumb nail of ginger
METHOD
*Chop purple cabbage into small chunks
*Wash and remove grapes from the stem
*Peel the lime
*Peel the ginger
*Add prepared ingredients to the juicer
**For a refreshing drink, take a glass and 1/4 fill with ice, then add the freshly made juice.
