You will need:


Leafy greens of your choice which may include: kale, spinach, rocket, beetroot leaves.

INGREDIENTS:

1-2 apple, roughly chopped


2 whole celery stalks


1 small bunch of curly kale roughly chopped including the stalks


1 sprig of parsley


1 small handful of fresh mint (optional)


A few leaves of basil (optional)


300ml of coconut water


Juice of 1 lime or 1/2 a medium sizen lemon


Juice of 1 large orange



METHOD


Wash and prepare the vegetables


Feed ingredients through your juicer. If using a blender put in order as listed, placing the heavy ingredients at the bottom.


Optional - Strain through a sieve (if you don't like the pulp)
