Blueberries and strawberries, two of my favourite fruits, provide amazing health benefits. I love to enjoy them fresh, but they’re just as delicious blended into a smoothie. When combined with plant milk and a drizzle of maple syrup, they create a super healthy, nutrient-dense pick-me-up. Smoothies can be enjoyed first thing in the morning to kick-start your day, as a refreshing lunchtime boost, a post-workout refuel, or even a light and wholesome dessert.
